创建数据库默认路径
DFTPATH：linux 实例对应用户的家目录
metadata存放路径：<DFTPATH>/<PARTITION NO>/<SQL000N>
说明：single partition：NODE0000
例如：/home/db2inst1/NODE0000/SQL0001
data存放路径：<DFTPATH>/<PARTITION NO>/<DBNAME>
例如：/home/db2inst1/NODE0000/TEST
