WAN Responsibility Seperation
DTE: Data Terminal Equipment (User end last device)
DCE: Data Communications Equipment (Service provider end last device, provide the time service)
Network Transport: Serial mode, No parallel mode
Experiment Environment
Only got DTE devices without DCE devices. Connect the two DTE device directly.
Use command(clock rate) in one DTE port to simulate DCE device.
