Server automatic up

BIOS setting
Integrated Peripharals --> SuperIO Device --> Restore on AC Power Loss
Three options:
1. Power On: Once power on, server startup;
2. Power Off: Once power on, server still shutdown;
3. Last state: Once power on, server will keep the status before power off. If it was up, it will startup. Otherwise it will shutdown.
