 1. 设置Virtual Network Editor
设置一个私有网络：
例如：11.11.0.0 / 255.255.0.0














2. 主机Vmnet1设置
在TCP/IP中设置网络：
11.11.0.100（11.11.0.1 - 11.11.0.254之间）
255.255.0.0
启用该网络
















 3. 虚拟机设置
网络设置：选择Custom / VMnet1
启动虚拟机后，设置网卡：
手动配置IP
11.11.0.101（11.11.0.1 - 11.11.0.254之间）
255.255.0.0

命令行方式配置IP：ifconfig eth0 11.11.0.102 netmask 255.255.0.0
