ORACLE install fixpack

Recommondation:
1. Since the first fixpack (11.2.0.2) of ORACLE 11gR2, ORACLE fixpack is a complete ORACLE version. Install it in new path. After it use Database Upgrade Assistant to update database.
Resaon: If the update failed, the orginal folder or database will not impact.
2. The time of upgrade is slow. Therefore if the database is prod region, please prepare carefully.
