ORACLE 服务器调整时间
ORACLE 所在服务器调整时间：
如果向前调整，数据库不受影响，Dataguard也不受影响。已测试。
例如：当前时间2:00，调整后时间为同一天10:00
如果向后调整，必须先停数据库。未测试。
