Windows Server 2008 R2
Default: One connection by one user

Change to Two connections by one user
1. Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Remote Desktop Services --> Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration
2. Right Click item in Connections and click "Properties"
3. Go to "Network Adapter" and Maximum connections to "2"
4. Change "Restrict each user to a single session" to No

Change to unlimit connections by one user (Need License)
1. Install "Remote Desktop Services" role of Windows Server 2008 & Restart system
2. Go to "gpedit.msc"
3. Enable the "Restrict connection number" item 
4. Change the connection number
